Paying homage to the heritage of our building, the stunning Northern Counties Ballroom has been named after our building’s former tenants and is designed to accommodate banquet events of up to 90 guests.
The Hervey Library, home to our popular Afternoon Tea service connects to the Northern Counties Ballroom via partition wall, providing the option to create a larger dining space for up to 120 guests, or for corporate events it can be utilised as a refreshment break area.
The Spire Bar provides dedicated drinks service to all events taking place on this level with our team providing table service for refreshments throughout your event. Private guest bathrooms are also available on level two along with guest elevator for ease of access.
On the ground floor of the hotel is 7 London Street, a private space suitable for up to 16 guests, ideal for intimate dining celebrations, interview space or breakfast meetings.
